If you have seen the picture of my car you may have noticed the right side of the trunk sits about 1 inch higher then it should. The problem is the the shoulder Bolt is broken off inside the cup. How do I replace this ? I have a new bolt but my problem is I need to figure out a way to get the old one out. As it is sheared off inside the cup.

It probably sheared off because it's rusted into place. You'll probably have to drill it out carefully and then chase the threads, which is tricky. Worst case scenario, remove the old mounts and either weld in a stock replacement or get the JWest kit.
