slackin' at work
well, my turn signals stopped working and of course I jump the gun and assume it's the TS switch and buy a new one. which I don't mind sooo much since the old arm was beat-up and ugly. biggrin.gif

anyway, so I swapped in the new switch and still nothing. headbang.gif

here are the symptoms:
• with ignition off: when I flip the TS switch a solid light turns on on the corrosponding side of the car. no dash arrow light.
• with ignition on or car running: nothing
• the e-brake warning flasher on dash works as it should.
• hazzards work as they should

does it sound like a dead/messed up flasher-relay??
if so, are there any options other than the PP $40 relay??

anything else come to mind?

thanks in advance!

What year is the car? Early years have a L and R dash signal indicator and later years have a single dash turn indicator.

If you have a left and right turn indicator, chances are the bulbs are burn out
or the blue/white wires are not connected to the lamps.

If you have a single indicator lamp the bulb is burn out or the ground is missing
to the lamp socket.

Ifyou need a flasher unit goto parts store a buy a Trinton flasher EP26 that will work.
