Backed her out today, and took her for a short drive.

First, she didn't start at all- first time in 26 years too. Then I remembered I unhooked the MPS during the winter to hook up my vacuum pump and inductance meter to measure the curve. Sure enough, it was still unhooked- cable AND hose. Then she started, in a blue cloud of exhaust. Figured I'd poured lots of gas in when I was cranking it before.... Anyway she ran OK at higher throttle opennings, but like CRAP at idle and part throttle. Let her warm up and pulled over. Holy moly! The other end of the MPS hose was disconnected from the plenum! Guess you could say I was running rich at idle and part throttle, to say the least!

Drove her home, purring like a kitten. Both of us! Feeling pretty stupid for a while though....
