Lots of cool cars there. The green 911 looks like what mine could be if I polished it up a bit.

Did you take those shots from your front door?
SLITS
Bomb the French .... not a 914 in the group and I suppose the ass-dragger was an outcast.

Cool ... I'll take the PV544

Did you take those shots from your front door?

I could ! ... The cars passed just in front of my door (one every minute). I walked a hundred meters to have a better backgroud and two nice curves. The very first pictures were taken two days ago while technical inspection.
About 80 cars, one every minute. about two hours of show !...
As the cars had to do a circle around the village they passed twice.

Be indulgent. Don't forget the 914 is a very rare car in France.
I think you won't see a lot of Citroëns in an american Rallye ...

I took part at this rally the two past years. I am copilot with a friend who owns a MGB GT. Unfortunatelly he sold the car this year but he still owns a MG TD and we may use this car next year. A friend of mine who is retoring a 914 2.0 phoned me last week. He wan't to train with me because he would like to run next year.

Usually there is a 914-6 running (GT fake) but he wasn't there this year.

A few pictures of last year.

Cool...

I love the MG...
johannes
If you love the MG's you will be pleased.

This is a short 4 mn video showing my very first training.

Never navigated before, my friend is telling me how it works, and here we go.

At the end you will see that we congratulate each other because we finished within the requested minute ! this is beginer's luck ! ...

I'm diggin' the TR3s. Probably the oldest cars pictured, except maybe the MGA. What is the car in the 4th row from bottom, far right? Facel Vega?

Nice shots. Thanks.

Yes, that Alpine was really pretty. You don't see them much in the US. More's the pity.

The NSU is the Corvair looking car, right? Air cooled, engine in the rear? There is an NSU contingent that always shows up at the Carlisle Import/Kit/Replicar show.
johannes
The NSU is the orange Corvair looking car.
NSU TT = Audi TT
