After dinking with gauge lights behind my dash my lights no longer work? Any chance that I burnt out my headlight switch? It seems like I did this before and after replacing my headlight switch it solved the problem. Any other ideas?

Sometimes the little rheostat (brightens & dims dashlights) on the back of the headlight switch gives up. Look at the switch and count the pins ... it'll tell you which one you need.
If you dinked you may have knocked a wire loose, kicked a fuse out or ????

There is a common ground for the instrument lights that runs in series...make sure its connected.

The rheostat is a goner, but still not entirely sure that is my problem. Tried to see how many pins on my current switch and could not see - need to remove the fuse box.
