Replacing the exhaust on my 74 2.0 and I will be needing new gaskets. I see them on pelican, AA and so on. My main question, is there a certain one that is better than the other? Does it make a difference? Just buy the cheapest?

If you're talking about muffler to HE gaskets, just buy 'em. Hell I just re-use the old ones most of the time. They're pretty hardy pieces.

Yep, HE to muffler gaskets. Reuse them?

buy the head to header gaskets from jake raby's store. I got mine there and they NEVER leaked. That means they rock ass. How you like that?

jack, depends if the ridges on them are all flattened out. it's a pisser when you have a leak after bolting up the new system. call the boys @ Too Quicks. they will have them for you to pick up on the way home from work. if needed, mcclendon's for new fasteners.
