What are these holes for in the cooling tin?
I think #4 is for the EGR tube.
Is there supposed to be a boot for the oil pressure sender access hole (#3).

sorry for the partial answer, but #2 is probably for a small plastic wire holder for the spark plug wires, #3 is for the oil pressure sender and, yes, there is a boot for the hole.
