What is the differance between a leather wrapped 914 wheel and a leather wrapped 914 6 wheel ? Just wondern what I have on my car.

didn't the /6 wheel have a different spline?

no the splines are alla same. i thought that too for a long time, not true.
the "backspacing" is different so the fit to the plastic surround is quite different.
the 914.6 wheel is the same (but for diameter, evidently...) as the contemporary 911 wheel. i have those for comparison but no /4's to show in the same picture...
