Over the past couple weeks occasionally when I go to shift into 4th gear it ends up in neutral. Just today I went for about 30 min when I could not find 4th gear at all? I suspect it is the linkage but maybe not? Anybody seen this before? Where shouild I start?

Check your bushings? I recently had the same prob with first. Changed the bushing through the rear console housing and everything was fine.

Pretty sure, based on the description you gave, it's gonna be something simple.
