i love those wheels!
is there a comparable wheel to that as I dont think the RUF's are going to widely available and/or within the budget
where can i get some?
long shot but, any pics of a 914 with em?

They are nice looking wheels though. I'm sure someone here with the necessary Photoshop skills can probably give you an idea what they would look like on a 914.

They usually come with the car.......
BTW, going with 17s and up with skinny rubber band tires REALLY gives you a rough ride. 914s and early 911s use tall side walls and 14-16s to provide ride comfort. Later vehicles have more modern ride components in the suspension to compensate.....

i hear ya on that. i currently run a 45 series tire on my blazer and the ride is far from "cushy"

A flared car with 16s or 17s and "tall-enough" tires shouldn't be uncomfortable on the ride. Just go to Konis and adjust a little softer. Or Boges if you can't drop the cash on Konis.

I really don't know how these compair. I have been to the factory and looked at the wheels. They are VERY light and look sweet. Besides... Jim's a great guy.
