You'll like 'em. I've probably installed a dozen sets over the last few years, and people have been really happy with the improvement in lighting over the OE bulbs.

Nice and bright....but not as good as the ones where you can replace the bulb....but they ARE cheaper.

Huge fan of all things Hella here! I've got the H4 conversions on both of my mk2 VWs and the 914. The Rabbit would have them as well, if it wasn't going up for sale in the near future. Also got a set of Micro FF fogs sitting in a box waiting for the "right" application.

I bought them from the Samba for $20 shipped. I did not want to stress the old wiring with H4 at this time.

Same here. But I definitely need tp improve the lighting in my /4 that I drive all the time.
