This is the plate the is between the BW trim and the dash.

It looks to be held on by double stick tape right now. My experiance with double stick tape, in the past, has not been good.

Is there a better glue or a specific type of tape that anyone uses?

Thank's, Keith

clean clean clean...double stick tape.
The bezels hold it in place for the most part, the radio holds the other one in also.

I took mine off today with a thin putty knife and it worked fine.

You are getting the right advice! Make sure all remnants of the old adhesive are removed, or it won't stick. And that goes for the vinyl too.
