clean up the 2.0 heads no cracks, no real pitting but there is this little nick. is this gonna be a problem

Smooth it out and you will be fine. The seating surface is the critical surface and would need to be recut. Yer fine, IMHO.

you might as well scrap those

the dent is on the outside of the sealing area you are fine
