I think I may tow my rust heap (http://picasaweb.google.com/Volksvolgen/Porsche914BasketCase) to the local VW meet in Knoxville this weekend, and try to sell it.

My question is, can a 914 be towed with a generic tow bar? It will be a 60-mile one-way trip.

Generic towbars clip to the bumper as I remember ... I don't think you would be able to do it with a 914.

Get a tow dolly from JuHaul .....
