When i drove my car two days ago, the car would not shift into fourth? Me and my dad drove the car, but when my dad drove the car he was able to get it into fourth once and that was it. The car shifts into and out of every other gear perfectly, the only exception is fourth gear. What would cause this problem? thanks everybody!

Adjustment of the shifter. I'm sure you could do a search and find several ways to get this adjusted. It's also in the Haynes manual. Try this link

how long has it been working good? You may have wear on one or more of the bushings and the adjustment may be very difficult till you correct them.
I suggest that since it seems to have just started.

Yup,
New bushings and new shifter cone screws first.
then adjust the shifter correctly.
If it still keeps up, its the brake band...
I just had to deal with this same issue on my sons car..
It was 4th only.
