$125 ....
I've bought them less and a refurbish (new ring gear / surface grind) was $105.
Just my opinion.

Kennedy, not a bug big deal since its the same as a 12volt bug

Yep, machine the old one off and slip on a new one (press fit) .... 3 - 4 welds in place and rebalance.

The ring gear, I'm guessing you mean, since there are no 6-bolt bug flywheels AFAIK.

Kennedy makes a nice NEW flywheel, matched clutch, TO and PP, complete package....cheaper than early 901 flywheels go for on eBay used.....

You DO know the marks work only with early crankshafts, right? The true 914/6 flywheel is cast iron, as opposed to steel, IIRC, and it's like butter. Much better to have a steel flywheel, which can be easily marked .................. The Cap'n
