I need to buy new shocks....Koni, Bilstiens, Boge? I have a new set of KYBs except everyone says they aren't good ?

So what is the best? And where do I get them? If I can get a used set, where can they be rebuilt?

Shocks are THE BIGGEST bang for your buck after tires.
