HINO was a Japanese manufacturer that built derivatives of the Renault Dauphine under license in the early-to-mid '60s. The rear vents were no doubt placed for engine cooling, as that was where it was located. The headlights and surrounding bezels are hallmark HINO items, and the badge looks like it belongs to HINO autos of that era as well. The only anomaly seems to be the "grille". Perhaps it was added for a/c equipment. HINO auto production ceased, I think, in the latter part of the '60s, becoming absorbed by Toyoda (TOYOTA).
