I have to be in Redding tomorrow night (Friday, 15 August) as well as part of Saturday, and I'd like some recommendations for dinner and breakfast, maybe lunch, too.

The guy I bought my /6 from (Joe) owns Logan's Roadhouse, Applebee’s and Marie Calendars in Redding. He is a Porsche fanatic and a really nice guy. Next time I am up in Redding I am going to make a point to eat at Logan's Roadhouse.

I was up there a while ago house boating on lake shasta, I remember the little local hole in the wall places were excellent but there is always the big chains.

I'm back! Close to 1000 miles in 41 hours, with a 24 hour break in the middle. We had dinner at Cool Hand Luke's. They've gotten better. The Firefighter's memorial service was incredible, to say the least, but the road trip was a little tough on my old body .................. The Cap'n
