Help, please. I have a 1975 914 2.0 which was converted from fuel injection to carbs before it ever came my way. The accelerator cable which I got from Pelican will not work. (Standard replacement for the cable.) Is there a "special" cable that I need to get for a dual carb set up? (Car sitting in shop.)

Please advise
Joe Bob
Define doesn't work? Too short? Snags? Wrong ends?

Have you tried a Terry Cable...I hear that's NOT the one to buy?

BTW, moved to the garage...

Was not the Terry cable. I was told by the shop that the cable I gave them would just snap - too thin I guess.
