Car is a 1970 and so it had the old interior (non adjustable passenger seat). I want to update the interior but I don't see a reason to have the passanger seat adjustable. Has anyone ever mounted a newer seat using the old mounts? It would probably require a little reinforcement.

You would need to remove those & weld in the new units for adjustable seats. You would need to replace the backpad as well as the passenger seat.

Thanks Mark. I've got the interior parts. Just trying to find a way to maybe not have to weld in all the extra stuff.
