I would like to nominate Kevin Barnes' aka okieflyr, yellow is faster 914. This car is an east coast car that Kevin has worked an incredible amount of unique engineering to make a great example of a 914. The powerplant is a 1.8 turbocharged VW mated to boxster transmission with a cable shift. Kevin performed all the work on the car and uses the car for autocross. It has attended many of the NOVA/DC/MD area 914 events and recently pulled a trailer to the ECC in Charlottesville.

Click to view attachmentClick to view attachment...I would like to vote, if it counts, (I live in Florida), for URY914. I only have one comment though, the wing makes the car look 3/4 scale....There's a lot of work in that car...and I've grown to like his humor...
