Washington state seems to have a fair amount of 914s. The plaid seats look very nice.

Its located up North by Lynden near the border, dairy country so that might be a dwarf cow.
As JP said, its probably rusty.

Maybe someone can go look at it that is from the Bellingham/Blaine area. I know there is someone from up there that is in the club.
