your local ISP usually offers a free personal site that has no SPAM and no hidden fees.

He is just getting back on his feet so to speak, and starting a small bussiness. He currently does not have internet. But thanks for the suggestion. I can look into my isp company and maybe start him off there. But, would prefer a seperate site so he can manage it once it
is set up.
