I'm after a rev limiter. Anything from a Mallory 6al down to your home built jobby. Just needs to keep the car under 6K RPM's.

What distributor do you have?
there are two stock rev limiting bosch rotors
one is 5800 rpm and the other is 6500 rpm.
Pelican has both...most parts places have both..I am sure Cap'n has a few on the shelf.

You do know that rev limiters wont stop the downshift overrev...right?

I have a stock 2.0 distributor right now. I've just heard a few bad things about the stock rev limiting distributors. I'm trying to keep from over reving the car in AutoX's. This is not to prevent mechanical over revs.
