Hopefully all your questions were answered with PM's. I'll update my original post and put up a couple of more pics tomorrow.

Here's the back of the Hella fog lights; it's probably more than a litte surface rust but at least they look good from the front.

There are 2 spots on the center console that have small tears. The worst is the upper one on the driver side. When attached it's not too noticeable.
