It's just a test light. You can probably find a low voltage test light at your local auto supply for less.

called a "noid" and simply plugs into the fuel injector connecting plug to indicate the presence of voltage pulses, indicated by a visible light flash, to show power is getting to the fuel injector. you can get a whole set of noids, one which includes one for Bosch EFI systems, for about $16 if you shop around.
