I would have no qualms at Dieter's or Wayne Baker's Personalised.
or Dennis Sherman's in La Mesa.

there are a couple of shops where I won't go back, but those three have remained on my list for a long time.

I've used Deiter in the best, and they are a nice shop and have done good work, but I've found them to be VERY expensive.
