Didya drill the spot welds?

Gint - No drilling, waaaaayyy to many spot welds. Used a cut off wheel just behind them. The bottom of the heater tins was full of holes (rust) and scrapes. The top is good. So, I'm going to try and reform the bottom piece, have them both treated with a heat coat then weld or braze (haven't decided yet) it back together.

How about a metal bonding adhesive and pop rivet it back together ? We;lding or brazing will be a pain with a coating on the metal confused24.gif

Never mind I forgot you cut it off at the flange
