I have one plus a pile of parts and 1/2 a car in a dumpster. Would that count as 1 1/2? wacko.gif

Two in my name, used to be 3.

One is in a box (seriously)
I'll never not own a 914 laugh.gif.. Ok so it doesnt run, but it weighs less than 5 pounds!!

I've got 1 and 3/4, easy. And somebody else's sitting on the side of my house. Does that one count too?

Being that I am limited on my storage space I have whittled the inventory down to 8. But I am going to moving into 3000 sq ft next month, so I will take all non running tubs, rust buckets, POS , concours, factory museum quality 914-4-6-8's.
Lay it on me brother.

Geoff
type47
one but i told an owner i would buy his this winter/spring so that must count as 1.33 (like the others, i have parts/spares. including 4 engine cases blink.gif )
Jeroen
Hey Geoff,

The holes were for venting and reducing drag (no rear trunk floor)

cheers,

Jeroen

I have 2 - 1 running 1973 1.7 in zambezi green and one in the making 1974 2.0 in olympic blue - ready sometime mid year - and a 92 964 Targa (but that doesn't really count)
Pictures to follow cool.gif

Sold one last night (74), so back down to 3. -We should be seeing a new Dayton, OH member soon!

I've got a line on another local 72 already!!! May get rid of the 72 parts car soon.

73 being slllooooowly restored,
72 driver - fun to learn from
72 parts car - anyone interested?
and a bunch of parts
Toast
Im not sure what number to put on the pole.
Lets see, my pilot has:
4 bodies, 1 complete and running
1 complete but wrecked
1 (aproximently) in parts that could be assembled.
3/4 in extra parts.

So, whould I poll 1 or 3 3/4 or 4? Hummmm...... idea.gif
fiid
I have one. I want someone to take my girlfriend out in a sorted out *nice* 6 cylinder car so we can get another. Or maybe I can get her to get an Elise. She thinks she wants a bigger car this time around, so I may have to ditch my soobie and get another sportscar.
seanery
I think it's interesting that 57% have more than 1!
theol00
57 %
That's because they are addictive

By weight, I'd guess I have half of one. wink.gif
DuckRyder
I have 2, a 75 and a 73, both 2.0's.

The title on the 73 is a mess (but it'll sell/register on a BOS in GA) and it is mondo rusty. It hasn't been on the road since 83 but it was a northern car and soon it may simply fold in half under its own weight and I can say it multiplied and have 3.

The 75 Has been posted about quite a bit. It's soon to be serviciable again.

Too late for the holes...RUST has already done the work!

Got three, one of which is driveable, a 72 with my 2.2 liter. Other two, both 74's may be parted out this spring. smilie_flagge6.gif
jd74914
I only have 2. A running '74 1.8, and a non-running (not yet) '70 1.7

I've been looking at more though. (Its hard, I've never bought a running 914 beerchug.gif )

I also have a '71 911 (only fun car I've bought that actually ran when I got it).

dos equis

#1 is a 73 something color red rust free 1.7 that is soon to be a 73 brad/rat 2056 I think.......Brad is being really secretive about it and I am not sure what I am getting, but figure I'll be better off than 1.7 stock.

#2 is a 1.8L green thing previously owned by a gay filipino hairdresser that my son is thinking about working on. I stripped off the greasy tranny and shipped to HPH which allows me to drive my perfectly functional 1.7 until my surprise is ready. I love suspense!
FlatSix
Just the one.

I think that you need to have a talk with your son. Not that there's anything wrong with that... laugh.gif
