I searched the site and took a look at the ROADGLUE Wiki, but I still can't locate my transmission number - the one that is stamped on the bottom of my transmission. Any ideas?

Stamped Number: 914/(up arrow) 1HA0032427

Thanks.

Also it looks like it's from a 72 car from the serial number. But he '1' preceding the 'HA' seems to indicate model year (M.Y.) which would make that transmission a 71.

Also, HB transmissions are factory limited slips.

Ahhh, it's not "914/(up arrow) 1HA0032427" it's "914/11 HA0032427". So it's probably a 72 tranny.

Is my post count going up?

I originally thought it was an "11" too. But the character is clearly an arrow... Possibly an error in the stamping?

Thanks!!! I missed thath teh date codes for the transmission were only from the 1974 and more recent units. So I giess these numbers are still valid:

It interesting to know my 74 has a rebuilt 1971 transmission.

Thanks to all!!!
