I'd like to see one on a car. I've had several very original cars, and I've never seen that on one.
So it hangs down 2" under the front trunk floor, on the botton of the car?

Thanks Al! Looks like anothe one of those wonderful drain systems that encourages water to stay put! Just like the rubber drain/plugs for the engine shelf.
