I assume you CA guys have seen a few in person.
From that pic above it looks like you can still close an unmodified deck lid.
At least unmodified from the outside.

It also looks like you can retain the back seat, no cutting of that area either?

Please confirm these two assumptions.
I will go search for TRE and that project.
I have googled alot and never find a pic of one.
I talked with one guy on the Registry (after getting loads of BS just for asking) and he did not have pics of the car he did years ago.
