they seem to specialise in the newer cars (356A and later) so of course i'm not interested...

but it's quite the 356 parts stash opportunity for -someone- ...

(i hope someone steps up with some cash, and not just a bunch of whiners about how "'someone' ought to protect this valuable resource" - for free - of course ...

(which is exactly what we heard when the Aase Brothers had to clearance their stockpile...)

oh yeah - the link: Netherlands 356 Stockpile for Sale

Rich , Where did you find this link?? I assume the parts are in the Netherlands, there was no real address on the site.
I haven't emailed them yet. But I am sure I will find out.

i finally joined the 356Registry mail listserv, like i should have a while ago. re-joining the actual 356Registry is next. (my 356 restoration is still years away, but it's never too early to start learning and getting re-acquainted in the community...)

the follow up posts have indicated that stash has been for sale for a while, and the contact information on the site is not the owner, just a agent/representative.
Jeroen
Yep, it's been for sale for quite a while...
IIRC it's from Siemerink, a classic Porsche shop/restorer here in the Netherlands
(never been there myself)

cheers,

Jeroen

And since it can only be bought for everything, and with the price of Porsche stuff, I'm willing to bet it'll be for sale for quite some time...
