A torch. You need to get the braze material red hot before it will separate.

Thanks Chris. It's interesting, I posed this same question in another posting (Rear fender removal) but because it was asked several pages into that post, no one appeared to notice. But once I post it in it's own separate post I got the answer I was looking for.
