nut came off
cover plate came off
now it just is sitting on a threaded stud and doesnt easily move

It should just pull out, and I have always replaced it so I was not kind to it.

I reach up and spin it counterclockwise with my fingers, normally it loosens up after a bit.

New gaskets, new crush washer, and NO MORE THAN .7MKP, that's around 9 ft/lbs. Clean everything well. No sealant. Ever. The Cap'n
