One of the bottom 2 studs on the intake manifold is stripped out. The nut on the stud just turns and does not tighten up. Other suggestions to make a fix than take the manifold off and replace the stud? What happens if I don't replace it?

Is there an oversided stud I can get and what's it called? Any FLAP store carry it?

If you don't fix it there's a good chance you'll have a vacuum leak. Are you sure it's the stud that's bad and not the nut? You shouldn't need an oversize stud unless the threads in the head are stripped.
