Are these clean inside or full of oil like mine? If you weren't 3 hours away I'd be all over these because I know shipping would be crazy.

they were on the car a week ago, and seem to be clean on the inside, i did hit the outside with some carb cleaner, to make them shiney again. i could probably ship anywhere in the us around 40 bucks and ill split the cost of it
