When rotors are redrilled to 5 hole rotors, do you use studs inside out or normal wheel screw in lugs?

You will use studs from the inside. They are available in a variety of lengths if you are going to be using any wheel spacers.

So does anybody know of a good source? I need to do this along with some spacers.
