This is a very original 1970 914-6. Original engine, transmission, interior, radio, Fuchs alloys wheels. Under 67,000 original miles. Al papers since new including window sticker. I purchased the car from the third owner who had owned it since 1979. At that time it had 42,000 original miles. between 1979 and 1981 it had a body and paint restoration. I have pictures from the third owner. It has always been garaged since. This 914-6 runs and drives great. The engine and transmission have not been apart. The engine does drip oil from several places and can use a reseal. The third owner and I could not justify it because it runs so good. The only non original part on the car is the muffler but I will include the original one. Please call me for more pictures and questions. $36,900 obo Joe 727-804-4992

This is a very nice 914-6.

I saw it in person when Joe had it at Rennsport Reunion 3 and I begged Joe to sell it to me then.

Unfortunately, I just bought a nice Tangerine six in December or I would be all over this one.

Steve G. did a wonderful job restoring this car many years ago. The only drawback for me is the deletion of the side marker lights, but that's a personal choice and it does look clean without them.

If anyone is interested in the car, check out Brett Johnson's 914 Restoration and Authenticity Guide. This car is well documented with many photo's in this book.

Joe, good luck with the sale.

If anyone is interested in the car I have some detailed photos of this beautiful six.
