I just got new sway bar bushings and there is not a slit in them. I have replaced sway bar bushings before that had a slit cut in them so you could just "pop" them over the bar without removing the bar from the car. So my question is could you just cut a slit in them or do you need to remove the sway bar completly?

If i recall correctly, the two black rubber bushings had a slit in them when i mounted mine ...

That's what I thought. These bushings I have are weltmeisters and do not have a slit. I don't see how you get them over the end of the sway bar to slide them on all the way. confused24.gif
