Last Saturday was a great day, and large turnout for all Porsches at the Stoodard swap meet. Beautiful cars, and many parts to for sale.

Fairly common VW wheels AFAIK. Once I was told they were Italian (started with a C), but have since decided they are aftermarket Western Wheels. Problem is getting lug bolts to fit them ... they use a shouldered bolt.

Yeah, Western Wheels. I believe the model is called the "Dan Gurney". Have a set on my 914, looking to get rid of them and get Fuchs on it. I've seen them in pretty bad shape, but with some polishing compund and an air driven wheel they polish up extremely well.

Have two sets of 4, polished and everything done by Al Reed, SCalif known wheel guy, real nice and cocnours but alas you are in Australia. If interested I am ready to deal.

"Stoodard"?...LOL, I can't think that word w/o laughing. Do you mean "Stoddard" by chance? Or is this another place altogether I've just never heard of? smile.gif
