My throttle body sticks intermittently and I have narrowed it down to likely bad bushings.
Is this serviceable or rebuildable?

Have you given it a really good cleaning inside and out with carb cleaner? Then have you done a bushing relube? I like Stoners mold release (best dry lube on the planet), or I use synthetic tranny oil (for regular oil) in my oilcan. I like the synthetic tranny oil. It's very slick, it's thin like a lower weight oil, and it wicks in place.
Can't tell you how many sticking things I have fixed that way.
If the bushings are shot, (and they usually run in the throttlebody die casting), the shaft will rattle around in the bores and the throttle plate will bind against the bore. Sometimes crap in the bore causes the binding so do the cleaning first.
No, no kits, we went through this a week ago on dissasembly, boring out the bores to an oversize, and adding bushings. A machinist was needed.
