I have new contract in hand. 20 rooms and we need 80% occupancy. They changed the banquet area because of size reduction. I have ask for roof top area. If we meet 80% occupancy we should meet banquet minimum of 900 spent.

I am ready to return this thing signed by ME if that is what I need to do to get it going. I will hold it with my CC but am a little uneasy in doing so?

EDIT: I have faxed contract to hotel but they do not have a CC number yet. Did not have paperwork for that.

I sent CC authorization yesterday to Clarion. It looks like things are a go from that stand point. More details later today. We need to start speaking as one as LB said in another thread.
