These are before and after videos of my 'Series of unfortunate accidents'. A washer in the intake manifold being the distinct clicking noise in the first video.

I'd say that sounds a TON better!
One question...what Dizzy is that? looks like the pertronix flame thrower billet distributor?

Thats the MSD billet distrib that goes with the MSD 6A ignition system.

Where was the washer? Did you have to tear the engine down to remove it?

The washer went into the #3 cylinder. Some of it came out, two small peices were still in it. Had to drop the engine. It wacked up the piston and head a little, no damage to cylinder walls or valves. I had the heads cleaned up, put it back togeather. Seems to work better than before.
