When I put the lead's on the pin's, i'm not getting anything. what am I doing wrong?
I'm following the pic on the bird board.

Not sure, but whatever you are doing, its wrong.... maybe your TPS is toast?

You are moving the throttle plate right? Which pins are you touching? What size engine?

You need one of Bowlsby's neat plug adapters for setting the throttle switch; it makes the connections much easier.

Got the test leads plugged in the right holes in the VOM?

I've done that one more than once....
