Is the only thing missing the turbo. meaning its all the parts needed to install

Wow, I never responded to you guys. Stupid me...forgot about this post.
I couldn't tell you if the turbo is the only thing missing, I don't know what is required to install a turbo. No carbs included.
This stuff is still available, I'll sell for $400.
