I've heard that Total Engine Services carries it. Haven't checked for myself though.

Although, Bloomington is closer and you may be able to just drive over from White Bear Lake and save a ton of shipping cost. This stuff gets a hazardous rate I think...

Regular Ground shipping rate, but a case weighs about 26lbs prepped for shipping. It's only hazardous after being contaminated from usage.
