Here is the painted LE dam and 1/4" thick x 6" tall rubber strip I will use.
Very durable rubber from the suction head of a street sweeper. Finished pics to follow. Yes, I'm stalling. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif) KT Attached image(s) |

How rigid is that rubber? I made a dam for my car using some 3" conveyor belting.. I think it needs to be more rigid. Its clears the ground by about 2" and scrapes under heavy braking....

Here's something the PO unknowingly taught me.

That's O.K.
That will be about 2 years of driving, at my 200 miles a month. Had to step out for the evening. Should I brew some coffee (IMG:style_emoticons/default/coffee.gif) or plink on the board? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/type.gif) Hmmmm...It is cool out (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) KT |

Unfair Mr. T.
You adding speed equipment after we agreed on a handicap for Alameda. You're just going to kick my butt, unless I can find something to do to make my car faster. Of course, only the Shadow KNOWS! Next thing you'll be doing is BBQ'ing Tri-Tip on Saturday to make us steak eaters weigh more in the PM session. BTW Mr. T. have you seen the size of the 205 Hoosier AutoX tires? The answer is a second to a second and a half, that's the difference. Unbelievable. |
