Blair got the parts from DaveHunt on Sunday so I went over the shop to tackle fixing the heat. Replaced the flappervalve and voila I have heat again!

I checked the 1.7l engine, trying to see what is sticking as it rotates. Damn, if I can figure what is going on. I installed the flywheel and I can force it past the spot but thats not good.

Time to pull it apart I think for the 8th time.
